Bread Omelette is a simple, quick, and easy to prepare breakfast and snack recipe. Bread omelet is one of the quickest and healthy Indian breakfast recipes that is good for health and quite filling. A bread omelette recipe is considered as an instant egg recipe for bachelors or beginners in the kitchen. Kids love this omelette recipe as an evening snack or even as a breakfast or lunch to their school.

Ingredients:

  • 5 slices bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tsp oil 
  • Salt as needed
  • Red chilli powder

Bread Omelette Preparation:

  • Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk with salt and red chilli powder to your taste.
  • Heat oil in a pan. 
  • Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture and fry in the pan along with oil.
  • Cook for a few seconds, flipping once and pressing on it with the spatula to crisp and lightly brown it.
  • Tasty omelette recipe is ready to eat as breakfast or snack.

This Omelet recipe tastes good and delicious when you can take alongside Tomato ketchup, Green Chilli Chutney or Tomato Chutney.
