CHICKEN KOFTA CURRY (Chicken meatballs curry)

Chicken kofta curry is a north Indian dish. It is a very spicy and delicious item. Chicken Kofta also called as Chicken Balls curry. It will be very soft to eat. It can be served with rice, roti, and also with biryani.

Now let us see how to prepare.

Ingredients:

*Boneless Chicken-1\2 kg.
*Curd. -1 cup.
*Turmeric -1 tsp.
*Garam Masala -4 tsp.
*Ginger Garlic paste -4 tsp.
*Red chili powder -4 tsp.
*Coriander powder. -4 tsp
*Salt to taste
*oil for deep fry.

Preparation:

*First clean the chicken.
*Take a mixier jar and grind the boneless chicken to Mince.
*Now take the chicken mince to a bowl.
*Add 1 tsp Garam masala,1 tsp turmeric powder,2 tsp chili powder,2 tsp salt,1 tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp oil to the chicken mince and mix it well as dough.
*Now take the dough and prepare them as small balls (kheema balls) it can be small lemon size balls.
*Now take a Kadai and. Heat oil for deep fry. Fry the koftas to a little brown color.
*Now take them from the oil keep them aside.
*Now we prepare curry for it.
*Keep the Kadai in which. We fried koftas on the stove. In it fry chopped onions and add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1 tsp chili powder,1 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp salt,1 tsp coriander powder, add curd to it and stir it well.
*Let it fry the curry until the oil separates.
*After oil separates from the curry add koftas to the curry.
*Now add 1 tsp Garam masala and a 1 cup of water to it. keep a lid to it and let it boil for a few mins.
*Take it a bowl.
*Finally garnish with coriander leaves, mint leaves, and a slice lemon piece.
*Now u can serve it.
